Johnnie P. White, 79, of the 2900 block of Greenwood Drive, died Oct. 19, 1994.
Mr. White was born in Portsmouth.
Survivors include his wife, Wilhelmina White; two daughters, Tanica Moore of Portsmouth and Alice Taylor of New Jersey; a sister, Lottie Keys of Norfolk; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Serenity Funeral Home, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Dwight O. Steele Sr. Viewing will be Sunday from 10 a.m to 8 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at 2965 Greenwood Drive at 1:45 p.m. for the processional to the funeral home.
