YES, OLLIE CAN BE TRUSTED

Having read letters from the military opposing Oliver North, I am at a loss. I understand the veracity issue, and I do not condone lying or any unethical trait. But what I see in Ollie is a hard-working, industrious, never-give-up individual whom I can count on to carry out his convictions.

A retired naval officer, I have met very few superiors whom I respected as much as I respect Ollie, and few that I would have followed any time, any place and with no questions asked.

I can trust him when he says he will serve for only two terms. I can trust him to vote to reduce taxes, balance the budget, provide the line-item veto and, most of all, for policies that enhance family values.
