Joseph Vincent Kellam, 71, of the 200 block of Maxwell Drive, a retired supervisor, died Oct. 24, 1994 in Norfolk.
Mr. Kellam was a native of Craddocksville, Va., retired from Mrs. Smith Pie Co., was a Baptist and a member of America Fellowship Masonic Lodge (NU)148 A.F. & A.M., Portsmouth Scottish Rite Bodies and Khedive Temple. He was an Army veteran of World War II and the widower of Minnie H. Kellam.
Survivors include a son, Barry M. Kellam and daughter-in-law Lynn Kellam of Suffolk, Va.; three brothers, James Kellam of Melfa, Va., John Kellam of Portsmouth and William C. Kellam of Salisbury, Md.; and two grandchildren, Denise and Stephanie Kellam.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Kevin Wilson. Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends at their home.
