Willie Woodrow Quillin, 80, of the first block of Croatan Trail, a retired quarterman railroad trackman, died Oct. 24, 1994, in a Portsmouth hospital.
He was a native of Portsmouth and retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 30 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Russell Quillin; a son, William Russell Quillin, Sr. of Suffolk; two grandchildren, William Russell Quillin and Monica Lee Christopher; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. H. Vance Mann III and the Rev. Keith Lewis. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
