SHIRLEY E. SKIPPER

Shirley Estelle Mills Skipper, 59, of the 1800 block of McDowell Road, a bank officer, died Oct. 29, 1994, in her residence.

Mrs. Skipper was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was employed with First Virginia Bank for 38 years.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas ``Skip'' R. Skipper of Norfolk; three stepdaughters, Vickie Skipper of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Shannon Skipper and Kim Skipper, both of Virginia Beach; a son, Frankie Lee Lagana of Norfolk; three stepsons, Tony Skipper of Asheville, N.C., Brett Skipper of Newport News and Jeff Skipper of Hawaii; a sister, Saundra M. Goodin of Pinellas Park, Fla.; a brother, Union Robert Mills of Grandy, N.C.; one granddaughter, Erin Lagana; two grandsons, Stardard Boudon and Christopher Skipper; and loving nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Norfolk Chapel of Smith & Williams Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
