Jack Levinson, 82, of the 7200 block of Remsen St., died Nov. 1, 1994, in a local nursing facility.
Mr. Levinson, a native of Philadelphia, was the widower of Beatrice Grossman Levinson. He retired in 1974 from the Norfolk Naval Base. Mr. Levinson was also a professional boxer from 1930 to 1938.
Survivors include a daughter, Sheryl M. Levinson of Norfolk; a son, Michael N. Levinson of Clinton, N.J.; a sister, Evelyn L. Block of Virginia Beach; and a grandson, Jeffrey Levinson of Wayne, Ill.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Samuel Sobel. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
