Thomas Edwin Cotton, 46, of the 500 block of Dinwiddie St., died Nov. 1, 1994, in a Suffolk hospital.
Mr. Cotton was a native of Portsmouth and was the son of the late Jesse E. Cotton Jr. and Mildred Smith Cotton.
Survivors include two sisters, Ann Marie Heath of Suffolk and Betty L. Mann of High Point, N.C.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
