John H. Kolb, 78, a retired chief petty officer, died Nov. 1, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Kolb was born in New Brunswick, N.J. He had retired from the U.S. Navy after 26 years. He was a Protestant and was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association.
Survivors include his wife, Elma L. Kolb of Virginia Beach; and three nieces.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Princess Anne Memorial Park by Dr. William P. Watkins Jr. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, is handling arrangements.
