Mary Prakevich, 110, of the 1400 block of Garwood Ave., died Nov. 2, 1994, in Bayside Health Care Center.
Mrs. Prakevich was born in Lithuania and was a member of St. Gregory's Catholic Church. She was the widow of Anthony Prakevich and retired as a seamstress in the New York garment industry.
Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn P. Bakun of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Anthony J. Peters, and a daughter, Alice C. Meyer.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Gregory's Catholic Church by Father John Peck. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk. Visitation will be at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
