Suffolk police need help in finding these people:
Anthony Lamont Ralph, 23, 180 pounds, 5-foot-10, with brown nholmes eyes and black hair. His last known address was 910 Battery Ave., Suffolk. Ralph is believed to frequent the Portsmouth area. Three warrants are on file charging him with driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and hit-and-run property damage.
Tony Leroy Copeland, 26, 145 pounds, 5-foot-7, with brown eyes and black hair. Copeland's last known address was 130 North Division St., Suffolk. A warrant is on file charging him with robbery.
James Lee Outlaw, 24, 145 pounds, 6-foot-2, with brown eyes and black hair. Outlaw's last known address was 127 Bute St., Suffolk. Six warrants are on file charging him with two counts of burglary, grand larceny and three counts of petty larceny.
