Minnie Dough Murphy, 69, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 1994, in a Miami nursing home.
Mrs. Murphy was the daughter of the late John Marshall and Hilda Bruce Dough and the widow of Welton Edward Murphy. She was preceded in death by a son, Frank Lee Murphy. Mrs. Murphy was a homemaker and a Protestant.
Survivors include one daughter, Rose Ellen Frederick of Spokane, Wash.; one son, John Edward Murphy of Spokane; three sisters, Dorothy A. Dough of Virginia Beach, Rachel D. Smith of Moyock, N.C., and Edith G. Thompson of Newport News, Va.; three brothers, Marshall D. Dough of Powells Point, N.C., Donald C. Dough of Redman, Wash., Warren T. Dough of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Willow Wood Cemetery, Virginia Beach, with the Rev. David Crawford officiating. Twiford Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, is handling arrangements.
