Patrick L. Skinner, 37, a U.S. Navy chief petty officer, logistics officer, died Nov. 8, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
He was born in Hale, Mich.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa L. Skinner; a son, Scott Skinner of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Vickie Reeves and Debby Southerland, both of Louisiana; and a brother, Gerald Peters of Hale, Mich.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be Tuesday in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint, Mich. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach SPCA.
