Mildred S. White, 79, retired owner of Millie's Barber Shop, died Nov. 9, 1994, in Belhaven, N.C.
Mrs. White was the widow of Norman A. White. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Tobaccoville, N.C., and the National Barbers Association.
Survivors include a daughter, Phyllis White Bodner of Virginia Beach; three sons, Samuel White of Virginia Beach, Johnny White of Madison, Wis., and K. Norman White of Chesapeake; a sister, Margaret Burns of Hickory, N.C.; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. The body will be sent to Slate Funeral Home, King, N.C., for services and burial on Sunday.
