Joseph William Fell, 89, of the 3100 block of Shore Drive died Nov. 4, 1994 in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Fell was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and the widower of Anne S. Fell. He retired from the Navy and civil service, was a member of Wycliffe Presbyterian Church, Masonic Lodge (NU)30 of New Jersey, Fleet Reserve Association and N.A.R.F.E. Chapter (NU)0974.
Survivors include one brother; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wycliffe Presbyterian Church by the Rev. William Shelton. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
