Emma Marion Smith White, 76, of the 3500 block of Whitechapel Road, a retired dietician, died Nov. 12, 1994, in her home.
Mrs. White was born in Jamesville, Va., and was retired from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital after 35 years. She was a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include her former husband, James H. White of Deltona, Fla.; a daughter, Nancy L. Johnson of Deltona; a brother, Billy Floyd Smith of Jamesville, Va.; a grandson, Charles D. Flaherty, and a granddaughter, Jennifer L. Johnson, both of Deltona.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Williams Funeral Home, Onancock, Va., and burial will be in Quimby Cemetery, also on the Eastern Shore. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
