Blanche E. Parks, 101, died Nov. 14 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Parks was born in Marshfield, Vt., and was a Protestant. She was the widow of Ryland Parks and worked most of her life in the Post Office.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private at a later date. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the SPCA or to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
