Louise Whitehead Parker, 89, died Saturday, November 19, 1994. Mrs. Parker was born in Prospect, Va., had lived in Seaford for many years and was a Norfolk resident for the past 60 years. She was a member of the Lafayette Presbyterian Church in Norfolk. The widow of the late Linwood C. Parker, she is survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, 1 p.m., in the Tower of Memories Chapel in Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News, with Rev. Max Culler. The family will receive their friends at the home of her sister-in-law, Alma Tarrach, 2315 Seaford Rd, Seaford, Va.
