Minnie G. Hodges, 82, of the 100 block of Talbot Hall Road, died Nov. 19, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Hodges was a native of Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She was the widow of Roebuck Hodges and the daughter of the late George and Mary Decker John. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include 2 sons, Bernie Hodges of Norfolk, Va., Bobby Hodges of Memphis, Tennessee; 2 sisters, Wadded Monseur of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Jennie Anna Green of Va. Beach, Va.; a brother, Nabbie G. John of Va. Beach; 3 grandchildren, Cathryn H. Loehr, Bill Hodges and Michael Hodges; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Fr. Julian B. Goodman. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at their residence. A Christian Wake service will be said at 7 p.m. Tuesday, in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts.
