Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle: 6000 block Bradford Drive, Nov. 9, a white 1994 Ford Villager van was loaned on Oct. 3 and had not been returned.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 3800 block Pughsville Road, Nov. 11, someone entered through a window and removed a 25-inch color television, a VCR and a 9mm pistol.

Hit and Run Property Damage: 6000 block College Drive, Nov. 15, a man said he struck another's vehicle after it pulled out of Magnolia Drive onto College Drive in front of him.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 2700 block Nansemond Crescent, Nov. 17, someone entered by kicking open the utility room door and removed several credit cards, a CD player valued at $150 and two CDs.

Grand Larceny: 5100 block Hoffler Street, Nov. 17, someone entered a vehicle and removed a Pioneer cassette radio with CD player, a Blaupunkt amplifier and two Targa speakers. DISTRICT B

Grand Larceny Auto: 1900 Block Nansemond Parkway, Nov. 10, someone stole a gray and purple 1993 Pontiac GrandAm.

Grand Larceny: 1000 Litton Lane, Nov. 10, someone broke out the back window of a green 1994 Toyota 4x4 pick-up truck, causing $200 in damage and removing 12 CDs valued at $180 and a Contel cellular telephone.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 1000 Litton Lane, Nov. 10, a woman said a man entered her residence by kicking the door and once inside fired two shots from a 9mm pistol and hit her with the gun.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 200 block Burnett's Way, Nov. 11, someone broke the glass on the back door, entered and took a phone, a vase and a clock. DISTRICT C

Lost or Stolen Tags: 2300 Godwin Boulevard, Nov. 9, Virginia license plate number ID 40-008 lost or stolen.

Grand Larceny Auto: 100 Block North Broad Street, Nov. 9, a woman took a 1988 gray Chevrolet Sprint hatchback without permission.

Petty Larceny: 2100 block North Main Street, Nov. 9, a man removed an Exxon Transfer Card from the service station.

Petty Larceny: 200 block Clay Street, Nov. 11, someone removed a Sears drill with a battery pack and a 4-foot level from a tool box attached to a 1983 Ford F250 truck.

Armed Robbery: Wellons and Wilson streets, Nov. 12, a man said another wearing a Hampton University pullover and jeans approached him and said, ``Give it up,'' produced a sawed-off pump shotgun and left with $110 in cash and jewelry valued at $600.

Motor Vehicle Theft: 1400 North Main Street, Nov. 15, a man said a woman used his car to take him to work and promised to pick him up in the red 1986 Chevrolet Camaro after work, but failed to do so.

Hit and Run: 100 block Mahan Street, Nov. 17, a man said someone in a silver 1979 Cadillac hit his vehicle causing about $150 damage and then fled. DISTRICT D

Grand Larceny: 2300 block East Washington Street, Nov. 9, a student placed a chrome-plated flute on the floor and could not find it the next day.

Strong Armed Robbery: 1000 block Truman Road, Nov. 9, a man approached a woman on her porch and asked if he could use the telephone, then removed her pocketbook containing $800 in cash, a $302 check and a $3,000 ring, from her arm.

Residential Breaking and Entering/Petty Larceny: 1100 Cogic Square: Nov. 9, a man removed items from the home's freezer and may have taken food stamps.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 2500 block East Washington Street, Nov. 9, someone took a key from under the doormat, entered and removed a VCR.

Residential Breaking and Entering:100 block Woodrow Avenue, Nov. 10, a man said another entered the residence and removed an Emerson microwave oven, a 19-inch color Zenith television and assorted bedding.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 200 block Pinner Street, Nov. 10, someone entered the residence and removed a 19-inch color television, a G.E. 10-inch color television and a VCR.

Grand Larceny: 900 block Truman Road, Nov. 11, someone removed jewelry valued at $1,180 during a party.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 1100 Cogic Square, Nov. 11, a man removed cleaning items from the upstairs bathroom.

Grand Larceny: 700 block Factory Street, Nov. 11, someone entered a yellow 1980 Chevrolet and removed an AM/FM stereo cassette player valued at $100 and two boxes of assorted tools, also valued at $100.

Larceny of a Firearm: 2400 block East Washington Street, Nov. 12, a man said another removed a 9mm gun valued at $131 from his vehicle.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 200 block Holladay Street, someone entered the residence through a window and removed a G.E. microwave oven and a Hitachi VCR, totaling about $400 in value.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 300 block North Fifth Street, Nov. 15, someone opened the front door, entered and removed a turntable and AM/FM cassette receiver.

Residential Breaking and Entering: Stacey Drive, Nov. 15, someone entered the residence and removed a 13-inch color television and a microwave oven.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 300 block Holladay Street, Nov. 15, someone entered through the front door and took moved a 20-inch color television from the bedroom to the living room floor.

Grand Larceny Auto: 600 block Dover Court, Nov. 17, someone drove a brown 1978 Oldsmobile Delta without the owner's permission and damaged the right fender.

Hit and Run: 2300 block East Washington Street, Nov. 17, a woman said there was no damage to her vehicle when she parked it in the morning but later she noted damaged mirror and scratches. DISTRICT E

Petty Larceny: 6300 block Leafwood Road, Nov. 14, someone removed a city decal number 33806 and a Virginia inspection sticker number E782479 from a 1981 Buick.

Residential Breaking and Entering: 6700 South Quay Road, Nov. 17, a man broke out a window then kicked in a door, running when the alarm sounded.

Grand Larceny: South Quay Road, Nov. 17, a 1983 Mack Road Tractor parked at Southside Diesel for repairs had eight tires and the North Carolina license plate removed. DISTRICT F

Residential Breaking and Entering:1500 Lake Speight Road, Nov. 10, someone entered the residence by breaking the front door, damaged several household items and sprayed shaving cream around inside, leaving in a white Mercury.

Petty Larceny: 800 block Carolina Road, Nov. 16, a man removed several items from the store without paying, leaving in a black 1984 Oldsmobile with Virginia plates ZYA 2059. by CNB
