George Richard Bishop, 68, a retired chief aviation electronics technician, died Nov. 23, 1994, in a Williamsburg hospital.
Mr. Bishop was born in Plainfield, N.J., and was retired from the U.S. Navy after 31 years. He was a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn B. Bishop; a daughter, Barbara L. Bishop of Norfolk; a sister, Ellen Dietche of Kountz, Texas; and a brother, Harold Bishop Jr. of Greenbrook, N.J.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 20 Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
