Jillian ``Gemzy'' Minor Osborne, 33, of the 300 block of Waxford Drive, died Monday, Nov. 28, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Osborne was born in New Orleans, La., and was a member of Fairhaven United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of Mrs. Nina Midgett Warner Ramsayer of Pompano Beach, Fla., and the late Warner M. Minor Sr., and the wife of Bret E. Osborne of Virginia Beach.
Besides her husband and mother, surviving are three sisters, Myrna M. Peters of Rodanthe, N.C., Warna Gillies of McLean, Va., and Christi D. Minor of Pompano Beach, Fla.; a brother, Warner M. Minor II of Richmond, Va.; two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo, N.C., by the Rev. Berry Taylor. Burial will follow in Manteo Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and will be at the home of Tom and Myrna Peters, Rodanthe, at other times. The family will assemble at the funeral home on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
