Elizabeth D. ``Lib'' Collins, 85, of the 900 block of Elm St., a retired public school teacher, died Nov. 27, 1994, in Lake Taylor City Hospital.
Mrs. Collins was born in Wachapreague, Va., and taught 28 years in the Accomack County and Norfolk public school systems. She was the widow of Carroll C. ``Eddie'' Collins and was a member of Squires Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Farmville Teachers College, now Longwood College.
Survivors include three sisters, Beatrice Richardson, Dorothy Lescallette and Sylvia Bradley and a brother, Grover T. Parker, all of Wachapreague.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Susan H. Cothran. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Squires Memorial Presbyterian Church, 770 Ingleside Road, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
