Doris J. Smith, 67, of Colony Pines Drive, a retired civil servant, died Nov. 27, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Smith was born in Bogota, Colombia, South America. She was retired from the Fleet Combat & Warfare Training Center after 20 years. She was a member of the World Wildlife Fund.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Joy Smith and Karen Kelly Smith and a son, Thomas J. Smith, all of Virginia Beach; a sister, Alice Wedekind of New Orleans; a grandson, Jason T. Smith, and a granddaughter, Sarah Allison Smith, both of Virginia Beach.
A private service will be held at a later date. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions may be made to World Wildlife Fund, 1250 24th St. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20037.
