Julia B. Futrell Twine died Dec. 2, 1994 in Norfolk.
Mrs. Twine was born in Murfreesboro, N.C. She previously resided at 107 Jones Road, Newport News, and more recently at 3448 MacDonald Road in the Indian River area of Virginia Beach.
Survivors include two daughters, Angela F. Beatty of Norfolk and Patty Lecie Futrell of Baltimore, Md.; a son, Allen H. Futrell, Sr. of Virginia Beach; a grandchild, Allen H. Futrell, Jr. and one great-grandchild, Jordan Elizabeth Futrell, both of Greenville, N.C.; nephew Walter P. Britt of Newport News; two nieces, the former Ann Britt and Peggy Britt Futrell and nephews Jack Britt and Robert Britt, all of Murfreesboro, N.C.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Robert Hobson. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
