Decked out in a Santa hat, R. Talmadge Piland hangs from a crane
about 30 feet in the air while he puts Christmas lights on a tree in
front of his Virginia Beach home at 933 Five Points Road. Although
he has decorated the tree for several years, Piland says this is the
first time he had the help of a crane, which was provided by his
friend, T.R. Hinson.
