Del. Howard E. Copeland, D-Norfolk, shows off part of his reward
after a day of striper fishing along the Chesapeake Bay
Bridge-Tunnel. Copeland, chairman of the House Committee on the
Chesapeake and Its Tributaries, caught two stripers and a big
bluefish. He was one of several legislators treated to a day of
fishing by the Atlantic Coast Conservation Association, a group of
recreational fishermen.
