Vivian Shipley Parkhurst, 71, of the 3400 block of Centerville Lane, died Dec. 4, 1994, in Snellville.
Mrs. Parkhurst was born in Norfolk. She was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Snellville, and the Stone Mountain Shrinettes.
Survivors include her husband, David Carr Parkhurst Sr.; two daughters, Marilyn Wright and Jeanette Parkhurst, both of Snellville, Ga.; a son, David Carr Parkhurst Jr. of Monrovia, Md.; a sister, Susan Gimbert of Virginia Beach; three brothers, Alvah Shipley of Chesapeake, Shelton Shipley of Virginia Beach and George Shipley of Secane, Pa.; and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by Father Michael J. Godderz. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
