Robert Anderson Sr., 71, of the 500 block of Peninsula Ave., a retired truck driver, died Dec. 3, 1994.
Mr. Anderson was born in Norfolk County and was the widower of Estelle Anderson. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Anderson and Robin Anderson; two stepdaughters, Evelyn Bowman and Charlyne Little; six sons, Robert Anderson Jr., Irvin Anderson, Earl Anderson, Pearlee Anderson, James Anderson and Randy Potts; three sisters, Pettroner Jones, Ludie Anderson and Rebecca Williamson; 20 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a dear friend, Sherrill Rucker.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Melvin O. Marriner Sr. Burial will be in Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 121 Allard Road and will assemble there for the processional. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
