HealthKeepers Plus HMO, an alliance of Riverside Health System and Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield, has been approved by the state as an HMO for Medicaid recipients. The HMO will be operated by Peninsula Health Care Inc., the name of the company that spun off of Riverside and Trigon.
