A 13-month-old toddler (photo, Dec. 2) is capable of overturning the laundry basket in which she is sitting.
How much money would this child's father sue the owner of the business for? Would OSHA require that all washers and dryers be equipped with a safety rail to protect children from careless parents?
At first glance, this is a cute picture, but the safety of this child should be the first concern of everyone.
