Marine Jones Hudson, 86, formerly of 5805 Gamage Court, Norfolk, died Saturday, December 10, 1994, in Sentura Nursing Home in Norfolk. She was the wife of the late William Clyde Hudson.
Born in Gretna, she was the daughter of the late Claude Hugh and Grace Calloway Jones. She was a homemaker and a member of Norview Baptist Church in Norfolk.
She is survived by 2 sons; Robert Michael Hudson of Roanoke and Richard Allen Hudson of Vienna; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son: Clyde Hugh Hudson; a half brother; Talmage Jones and a half sister; Edith Jones.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday at 3 PM at Virginia Memorial Park in Forest, VA by her nephew, Rev. Fred Hudson of Winchester.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7-8:30 PM at Whitten Timberlake Chapel in Lynchburg.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Virginia Baptist Home of Norfolk.
