Herman C. ``Pete'' Marshall, 75, of the 2000 block of Laurel Cove Drive, a retired welder, died Dec. 10, 1994, in his home.
He was a native of Norfolk and had worked with the Local Iron Workers Union (NU)79 for 39 years. He had been retired for 17 years. He was the widower of Mary Katherine ``Kitty'' Marshall, and was a member of Pythian Charity Lodge (NU)10.
He is survived by two daughters, Rosalee Ebron of Virginia Beach, and Patricia Lee Roudabush of Norfolk; two sons, Herman T. ``Tom'' Marshall of Elizabeth City, N.C., and Ernest W. Jones of Virginia Beach; 17 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Norfolk. The family will be at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, tonight from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
