Elizabeth L. ``Betty'' Lands, 70, of the 1400 block of Elder Ave., died Dec. 13, 1994 in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Lands was born in Baltimore, Md. She was a member of Oaklette United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin A. Lands; a daughter, Beth Williams of Great Bridge, Va.; two sons, Marvin E. Lands of Felton, Del., and Arthur E. Lands of Petersburg, Va.; her mother, Ruth Hayes of Chesapeake; two sisters, Dorothy Park of Orange City, Fla., and Lucille Payette of Chesapeake; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three nieces; and one nephew.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Oaklette United Methodist Church by the Rev. Gene C. Gee and the Rev. Arthur E. Lands. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
