John T. Garrow III, 50, died Dec. 13, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mr. Garrow was born in Hopewell, Va.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn A. Garrow; his mother, Fern Garrow; a sister, Lynn Garrow Roberts; and a brother, Pat Garrow, all of Virginia Beach; two nieces; and one nephew.
A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. today at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by the Reverend Melvin J. Hughes. Burial will be private. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the SPCA of Virginia Beach, 3040 Holland Road, Virginia Beach, Va., or the charity of one's choice.
