Guy Friddell's column, which is 95 percent political, belongs in the Commentary section, not in MetroNews.
There is nothing metro newsy about most of Mr. Friddell's topics. It is always the same: Whatever the Republicans are for, he is running down.
I'm fed up with his efforts to derail the Republican train before it gets out of the roundhouse, and with your location of his column in the paper. He is allowed to grossly misuse the metro news as a political pulpit by adding a few columns on collards and sweet potatoes (food which I love).
Please move Mr. Friddell to his rightful place when he is politicking.
