Helen Harper Hubbard, 84, of the 5600 block of Wesleyan Drive, died Dec. 14 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Hubbard was born in Farmville, Va., and was the widow of William Samuel Hubbard. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Norfolk and was retired from the Norfolk Public Schools after 27 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia H. Johnson of Virginia Beach; a son, William S. Hubbard Jr. of Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Ila H. Rickman of Farmville and Lillie Mae Bondurant of Louisville, Ky.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Rosewood Memorial Park by Joseph Posey. Cox Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
