Tamara Hope Ely, 21, of the 1700 block of Grey Friars Chase, a waitress, died Dec. 17, 1994, in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Ely was born in Portsmouth.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Mitchell Woods; a daughter, Angel Ely of Prince George, Va.; two sons, Alex Ely of Prince George and Justin Rhodes of Portsmouth; her parents, Linda B. Simms of Wakefield; her father, Leslie C. Ely of Norfolk; three sisters, Crystal Smith of Bedford, Va., Kimberly Simms and Alisa Simms, all of Wakefield; and a brother, Frank Ely of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Jack Sawyer. The body is being sent to Pennington Gap, Va., for burial in Johnson Family Cemetery.
