Carl Clay Black, 81, a retired electrician, died Dec. 21, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Black was born in Baden, Pa. He was formerly of Homosassa Springs, Fla.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Stevenson Black; a daughter, Arline Brock of Virginia Beach; a son, William Carl Black of McArthur, Ohio; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by the Rev. James MaHaffey. Burial will be at a later date. The family will be at the funeral home Friday one hour prior to the service.
