Chesapeake is one of 40 communities around the nation where mail carriers dressed as Santa will make Express Mail deliveries on Christmas Day.
Postal Service officials said Thursday that letter carriers in these communities have volunteered to don Santa suits for their rounds Sunday. People sending Express Mail to those places, and who want the Santa delivery service, should put a note on the label asking for Santa delivery.
