Shelby Neal Todd, 18, of 106 Carolina Lane, died Friday, Dec. 23, 1994. He attended Potters House Christian Fellowship Church and was the son of Russell Neal, and Cathy Castelloe Todd of Windsor.
Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lelia M. Castelloe; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Helen B. Todd and his paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Tessie Butler, all of Windsor.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, 1994 in Edgewood Cemetery by the Rev. Mark Chase. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is in charge of arrangements.
