Continued, 8-1 (Newman opposed).Consideration of Chesapeake's continued participation in the regional Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission. Approved, 9-0.Clarification of the city's intent regarding the Southeastern Expressway as part of the 2015 plan map. Expressway rejected, 6-3 (Butt, Krasnoff, Ward opposed).
