FRANK R. FISHER

Frank Robert Fisher, 81, of the 3400 block of Arlington Place, a retired tool and die maker, died Dec. 23, 1994, in his residence.

He was a native of Charlotte, N.C. He retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard Shop 31, was a member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church and a past member of the Moose Lodge and the Ruritan Club.

Survivors include his wife, Mary I. Fisher; a daughter, Betty Breeden of Wellford, S.C.; a son, Charles Fisher of San Diego, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Communion Lutheran Church, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Richard Browder. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorials may be made to Holy Communion Lutheran Church.
