Isabelle Bernard ``Billie'' Valentine, 82, of Oak Crest Manor Retirement Center, died Dec. 24, 1994 in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Valentine was born in the Berkley section of Norfolk. She lived for several years in Virginia Beach, Accomack County, Va., and New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and was Protestant by faith.
Survivors include her husband, L. Elwood Valentine; a daughter, Sandra M. Valentine; and two sons, Dr. Lawrence Valentine, Mark Valentine, and their spouses, all of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Mrs. Valentine willed her body to medical science for study and research. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, 20 Koger Executive Center, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
