Mary Carter Gray, 85, of the 1100 block of Baileywick Drive, died Dec. 24, 1994, at Lynn Shores Manor.
Mrs. Gray, a native of Isle of Wight, was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, San Antonio, Texas.
Survivors include her brother, Wilmer T. Carter of Battery Park, Va.; a daughter-in-law, Beverly Adams Gray of San Antonio, Texas; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Smithfield, with Dr. Raleigh Baker officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home of her brother, Wilmer T. Carter, 10330 Park St., Battery Park, Va., and suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the Ivy Hill Cemetery fund, c/o Mr. Cecil Gwaltney, 328 Grace St., Smithfield, Va 23430.
Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, will handle the arrangements.
