Billy Eugene Williams, 56, of the 1100 block of Leland Circle, died Dec. 24, 1994, in his home.
He was a native of Huntington, W.Va., and was a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict and Vietnam.
He is survived by his two daughters, Cheryl Vincent, and husband Rob, of Virginia Beach, and Rhonda Perkins, and husband Louis, of Virginia Beach; two step-daughters, Bonnie Anderson, and husband Jim, of Chesapeake, and Tanya D. Beck of Portsmouth; five grandchildren, Robert Vincent Jr., Brittany A. Perkins, Tyler M. Perkins, Ian A.P. Anderson, and C. Cary Anderson; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael W. Williams, in 1986.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Holloman-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. James D. Wolfcale. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m.
