Sybil Benbury Forbes, 92, of the 600 block of Macox Ave., died Dec. 25, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a native of Elizabeth City, N.C., and was the widow of Harry Forbes. She was a member of Zion Grace United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Harry L. Forbes of Richmond, Carol B. Forbes of Virginia Beach, and Walter S. Forbes of Norfolk; and four grandchildren, Sandra Porter of Trenton, N.J., Nancy King of Westlake Village, Calif., Glenn Forbes and Lynne Jonas, both of Virginia Beach; and nine great-grandchidlren.
Services are pending. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice or to Zion Grace United Methodist Church.
