LILLIAN J. HARDEN

Lillian Joyner Harden, 84, of the 1700 block of E. Little Creek Road, a retired administrative assistant, died Dec. 26, 1994, in her residence.

Mrs. Harden was born in Zuni, Va., and was retired from C & P Telephone Co. after 31 1/2 years. She was a member of Talbot Park Baptist Church, Elizabeth Chapter (NU)45, OES, and life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, Old Dominion Chapter.

Survivors include a son, William J. Harden of Norfolk; two sisters, Virginia J. Voight of Newport News and Callie J. Brownlee of Portsmouth; two grandchildren, Donald W. Harden of Waldorf, Md. and Patricia H. Kistler of Chesapeake; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Talbot Park Baptist Church, 6919 Granby St., Norfolk, or a favorite charity.
