Lula M. McLean Davis, 60, of the 500 block of W. 26th St., a retired mail clerk, died Dec. 26, 1994, in DePaul Medical Center.
Mrs. Davis was born in Linden, N.C., and was retired from Taylor Freezer Sales after 31 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church Lamberts Point and the Senior Choir.
Survivors include her husband, Booker T. Davis; two daughters, Nancy Howard of Virginia Beach and Linda Williams of Norfolk; her mother, Myrtle Fulton McLean; father, Zinnie V. McLean; three sisters, Pauline Coley of St. Petersburg, Fla., Minnie Gray of Augusta, Ga., Rosa McLean Bourger of Asheville, N.C.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; beloved cousin, Lula C. Benson Hicks; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in First Baptist Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Anthony C. Paige. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Remains will be viewed at the church from 10 a.m. to noon on the day of the service. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
