Rebecca T. Thompson, 57, of Virginia Beach, died December 27, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Thompson was born in Athens, Ga. She was a member of Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach.
She is survived by her husband, Cdr. James K. Thompson U.S. Navy Ret.; two daughters, Melanie Thompson of Virginia Beach and Karen Moller of Beckley, W.Va.; two sisters, Cleo Jane Pitts of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jackie Webb of Augusta, Ga.; four brothers, Charles Webb, John Webb of Watkinsville, Ga., Virgil Webb of Billerica, Mass., Joe Webb of Gainsville, Ga.; and three grandchildren.
A church service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach by Rev. Andrew MacBeth. Burial will be private. There will be a visitation Thursday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, will be handling the arrangements.
