Monsanto Co. has voluntarily issued a recall of a flea fogger produced by its Solaris Group unit that may have an incorrect label. Monsanto officials said the label on some five-ounce containers of the Ortho Total Flea Control ``2'' incorrectly states the can has a delayed-release mechanism that allows consumers added time to vacate the area. There is no such mechanism on the can, the St. Louis-based chemical company said in a statement Tuesday. The fogger is designed as a home pest-control product for use indoors to control fleas and other common household pests.
